enliven as been tasked to coordinate the development and delivery of gate keeper training and developing a resource pack for communities identified as at risk of suicide. enliven has been connecting with local services and community members to address their current needs in preventing suicide. Through these consultations enliven has developed and co-designing two resource packs to assist communities when someone is at risk of suicide (see below). These includes booklets and wallet cards with information about services that community members can contact directly to get assistance.

The first booklet is for statewide services (Taking care of someone) and the other includes both statewide and services available specifically in the south east (taking care of someone South-east Melbourne). Both of these booklets also have accompanying wallet cards which include all of the numbers contained in the booklets. The booklets can be printed directly from the links below.

This project is building on the scoping of the Placed Based Suicide Prevention Lead at South Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network.
