enliven adopts a place-based approach to addressing the broad range of social determinants impacting our communities’ health and wellbeing. As a result, we have been privileged to work with an equally broad and diverse array of service providers, organisations, groups and communities to deliver prevention activities. Most of our initiative focus on system change and service development and are therefore ongoing or long term in nature.
