Eastern alliance for greenhouse action – Climate Adaptation Roadmap for Melbourne’s East Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. This Monitoring &Evaluation Framework (M&E framework) is designed to assess the degree to which the longer term objectives of the Climate Change Adaptation Roadmap (Roadmap) project are being met and assess how well the Eastern Alliance for Greenhouse Action (EAGA) councils are adapting to climate change.
