Women’s Legal Service Victoria is a state-wide specialist legal service offering free legal advice, assistance & referral for women experiencing disadvantage. Legal assistance is available in the areas of family law, family violence, child protection and victims of crime assistance. They provide duty lawyer services at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court and Moorabbin children’s court, as well as outreach services & legal education for sector professionals and the community.
