Eligibility requirement
Connect- 16 years and over – Contact could be made with clients via phone or office based. Connect workers do not have the capacity to do home visits. SHINE – 0-18 years of age- SHIne is a fully outreach program and clients could be contacted either by phone or video contact or could be visited at home or elsewhere.
