ermha365 provides psychosocial and recovery support for adults with severe mental illness in Victoria. The focus is on provision of less intense short term service to build psychosocial functional capacity to address individual needs, and complement clinical mental health and broader physical health and social support. The aim is to build capacity and connectedness at times when most needed, rather than providing ongoing support.
