Anxiety Disorders Association of Victoria (ADAVIC)

The Anxiety Disorder Association of Victoria (ADAVIC) provides support, information and resources to individuals suffering from or affected by anxiety, depression, and related mental health issues.
The service is provided by ADAVIC Volunteers, many are studying psychology, counselling, or social work, or have had their own lived experiences with anxiety and depression and provides:
Phone and email support,
Weekly online support groups via Zoom
Information sessions, seminars and workshops for the wider community.
Professional development training sessions for professionals and students,
Referrals to therapists specializing in anxiety and depression are also available.
