Information: Australian Vietnamese Women’s Association’s bilingual staff provide an integrated referral process offering diverse treatment options including face to face, telephone and individual case management counselling. An individual client treatment plan with short and long term goals is developed. Brokerage services are also provided to mainstream organisations.

Information: As part of the SECADA consortium, Odyssey House Victoria provides face-to-face, online or phone counselling for individuals and families. They also provide family and group counselling and Case Management (known as Care & Recovery Co-ordination) which supports treatment pathways for clients who have multiple and complex needs.
